The must-attend event for agroecology in the Congo Basin is back! The 2nd edition of the Regional Forum will be held in Yaoundé, Cameroon, from October 7 to 9, 2026. Together, let’s amplify the voices of on-the-ground practitioners and researchers to ensure that agroecology is incorporated into the subregion’s ministerial roadmaps and agricultural development plans.
What is the Regional Forum on Agroecology?
What’s on the agenda
Hands-on workshops where farmers, researchers, and civil society actors will work side by side to collaboratively develop solutions tailored to the challenges facing our subregion.
Plenary sessions will provide an opportunity to explore key themes in greater depth, such as food sovereignty, sustainable resource management, and the role of local knowledge in the agroecological transition.
It will also be an ideal setting to lay the groundwork for new collaborations and strengthen a network of stakeholders committed to a resilient future.
We look forward to seeing many of you there so we can write this new chapter together!
