Cumulative precipitation
In September 2024, rainfall totals in excess of 300 mm are expected in the far west and on the coast. Cumulative rainfall of between 200 and 300 mm is also expected in parts of the Centre, South and West regions. In any case, part of the West, Adamaoua, North and Far North regions are likely to record accumulations of between 90 and 199mm. Cumulative amounts of between 40 and 89mm could be recorded in parts of the East, Centre, Adamaoua and South regions.
The rest of the country is expected to receive rainfall values of less than 40mm.
Average temperatures
Average temperatures could be felt in parts of the Far North region, with values in excess of 32°C. Along the coast, part of the Nord region and a small part of the Extreme Nord region could experience temperatures between 28 and 32°C. Parts of the North, Centre, South, East, North-West, South-West and Littoral regions could record values between 25 and 27°C. The rest of the country is expected to see temperatures between 19 and 24°C.
